Warranty, Returns & Refund Policy

We proudly stand behind the AllDolly products. We offer a one-year limited warranty for parts and labor on all products. The customer will be responsible for product return shipping charges. If a product does not meet your needs, please contact our Customer Service email at info@AllDolly.com. Please provide the order/invoice number when requesting a return. A return authorization confirmation is required for processing any return shipment.

Our Return Policies are as follows:

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. All items must that are returned must be without damage due to negligence, misuse, or modification must be returned in the original or similar packaging and insured for loss or damage. Upon return, it will  be inspected for damage or missing parts and we reserve the right to withhold up to 25% of the purchase price if the product is returned damaged or in a non-operating state or not able to be assembled . Damage may include but is not limited to deep scratches, bent or dented tubes or missing parts.

We apologize for any inconvenience if your order arrives damaged or with defective items. Please contact the Customer Service immediately if you have received a damaged or defective item to initiate a return and/or refund. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund for the product and shipping charges. Damaged or defective items must be returned and we will cover return shipping costs. Only after we have received the damaged or defective merchandise will we issue a full refund.

All refunds will be applied to the original payment method used for the order and should be processed within 5-7 business days.
